Only good thing is property location. The apartments feel abandoned and poorly maintained. Hospitality is very bad as only basic items are provided. Rooms have no AC. Staff at lobby won't go out of their way to help, feels as if they're doing you a favor every time you speak with them.

The property is great! The only thing is there is no central a/c and the fans available were not the best. The days and nights were warm. I would recommend adding a mini split at least in the bedrooms. Otherwise it was a wonderful stay.

I have stayed at this place before and loved it! The staff is very nice. This second stay was not the best. We had no microwave in the room and the dryer was not working. The downside of this place is that if something goes wrong after hours or over the weekend it’s hard for it to be resolved since the staff is not available 24/7. The doormen are great and try to do their best. On my last day there the dryer was not working and I ended up having to bring back damp clothes. I was not able to heat up anything as we didn’t have a microwave but my contract stated I was provided one

The room keys did not work well. We had to swipe over and over for minutes until it felt like working. The staff was never at the reception when we tried to contact them about not receiving our bottle of wine and to ask for keys that worked. The security guards were excellent and made us feel safe.
