The lighting set-up. The only light switch for the room was at the door and the configuration did not allow for lighting solely over the bed. The other lighting issue was for the bathroom. In order to turn a light on in the shower and toilet area was to turn on the mirror light in the bedroom, disturbing others who are sleeping.

We did the reservation by mistake to mexico and we ask them a day before for a refund they won’t accept and we ask them to get first night and cancel the rest they didn’t accept

I had prepaid my reservation in advance, yet I was charged regardless, and I had to request a refund to recover my payment. Furthermore, I had requested an upgrade with a superior view and a king-size bed, for which I was charged $175.00; however, I received the worst view in the hotel, and my request for a king-size bed was denied, with no effort made to provide a better service. I do not recommend this Hotel and I highly recommend you to make sure they don’t double charge you for the stay
