Overpriced w lousy service

Lousy place. They charge for water. No coffee maker and it took over 15min just to get a coffee. No wash cloth or iron in room either. Staff was unhelpful

During our satay at Hotel Ryal, we were moved every single day to different rooms due to different circumstances. First day, we had a room next to one that was being remodeling, it was very loud and noisy, the workers were working all day. second day, the AC was not working. Third day, we didn't have water in the shower. Every morning we had to moved our luggage to the lobby and had to leave all our belongings there until a room came available. It was until we left, we were traveling to different cities, when I realized that my jewelry bag was missing.

El recibimiento fue agradable desde que llegue, al recivirme en el estacio amiento, y al ayudarme a confirmar mi registracion, pude disfrutar de un buen tiempo al.caminar alrededor y ver que hay muchas opciones de compre, distracciones y social alrededor, en realidad, no tuve que manejar si es que buscaba algo en especial, caminar 30 minutos a la redonda fueron suficientes para relajarme, comer o tansolo ver o comprar..

El hotel está bien ubicado pero se necesita equipar los cuartos con un frigobar, cafetera y horno de microondas. Una remodelación a los cuartos es necesaria. Todo el personal es amable, especialmente los muchachos botones del turno matutino.
