    It’s the least you can get from a hotel. People at the front desk are rude and unprofessional. The room where we stayed need lights fixed they are hawed to use.

    The room was clean and centrally located. They are big stifflers about check in time and that bothered me. I was there 15 minutes early and they wouldn’t let me check in. I fell asleep in the lobby waiting

    The floor didn't seem that clean and the bedside tables were very dusty. The bed was not great. Not the worst but not the best. Great location though! I think if the cleaning before check in was better, it would help.

    Cleaning was below average. My bathroom was dirty, toilet and bathroom sink had hairs. Bathroom towels left residues on skin (like when towels are way too old). There is no laundry service.

    Clean room. Comfortable. Nice area from which to explore the city. Quite safe surroundings even late a night. Many nice dining choices…and street food vendors nearby. Wifi wasn’t working one evening. And not the hotel’s fault but my ATT cell signal wouldn’t allow much more than messages/phone calls. Telcel a bit better.

    Room was clean and the staff was extremely responsive to our requests. Compared to us hotels the room was a bit small, but clean and comfortable. It was a basic room with no microwave or fridge, but the staff was happy to store things in their refrigerator and warm up water in the microwave for us. He was convenient walking to most anything you need, and an Uber ride was cheap to get to City central.
