I stayed at this hotel from October 16 to the 19th and unfortunately came home with bed bug bites. A couple of days after checking out, I began noticing multiple itchy, red bumps that were later confirmed to be bed bug bites. This was very disappointing and concerning, as cleanliness and guest safety should always be a top priority. I hope management takes immediate action to have the suite professionally inspected and treated so that no other guests have to experience this.

This hotel is surprisingly pleasant: big and spacious, clean, well-maintained, and well located close to public transport, including the metro, buses, and central station. Prices are fixed and definitely worth it. The only downside is that it's located on a big avenue and the noise can be a bit bad at night. I imagine that if you get a room facing back or on a high floor, it should be perfect.
