No cleaning service

Great location and value but when arrived we did not have hand towels nor courtesy water. The next day we left the room before 2 pm to go eat and when we got back the room had not been cleaned. We called reception and we got a bad attitude person saying that the room had not been cleaned because we did not leave the room before noon (???) we told her the cleaning personnel was working on the room next door when we left but she insisted that because we were in the room last noon that’s why we did not get the service. Mind you, from 12 to 3 pm is cleaning time for check outs.

I had paid the upgraded fee for a bigger room with a king bed but was told at check in I would be a smaller room with two queen beds because the room with the king bed was given out already. No other explanation nor incentive, then the same receptionist who checked me in called me this morning at 11:45am to rush me to vacate my room even though checkout is at 12pm. I accidentally left my room key in the card reader and he literally made me go back upstairs to get it if not I’d be charged extra. He had passive aggressive behavior and not very welcoming. My last stay at this property unfortunately:(

A great space with great walkability (if you can handle the chaos!). The rooftop is particularly amazing. It is a busy and loud area but that is half the fun! Staff were wonderful, the rooms were comfy, no complaints!

This property was one of my most challenging experiences. Upon checking in, the front desk attendant exhibited a lack of courtesy and failed to greet me. Additionally, the attendant’s inability to assist with luggage storage hindered my convenience. The majority of the staff members do not speak English, which made it difficult for me to obtain essential items such as paper towels and napkins. It appeared that my request was deliberately disregarded. Furthermore, the showerhead was inadequate in terms of water pressure and flow, making it challenging to obtain a satisfactory wash. The toilet was not functional, and the flushing mechanism was not operational. The hairdryer was also inoperable. The provision of laundry access for guests was deemed unnecessary.

Staff unwelcoming. 1st room given smelled like cigarettes, told the receptionist offered to add a scent. I asked for another room it was intolerable. Bedding was dirty, pillow dark stains, outlets dirty, tv remote not working. Went down again to service desk, she looked at me like I was out of my mind. Pulls out a drawer and says Oh I don’t have batteries but I will take one from a room. Mind you the remote was taped broken. Toilet seat dirty.Breakfast buffet lady very rude, sees we are a bigger group and says: juice or fruit for ea. So if you chose fruit you cannot have juice. Only luke warm water from a pitcher no ice in sight. One pancake for ea and served separately from the full meal. So you finish your pancake in one minute and you wait for the plate. Never offered syrup, pancakes were burnt, we never had a full plate and left. Horrible location. Building or structure next door under construction very noisy. Elevator shakes tremendously. Building sways. Really it sways. Glass window wall had a huge crack very concerning. Two water bottles per day for our big group. Upon walking in receptionist do not greet you. Thin walls! Thin. I heard it all. Do not stay here. Do your research and find better. Less than one star place. At the end they give you a questionnaire for service. The audacity.

It was easy reserving at this hotel. I reserved for my godmother and she had a wonderful stay. Even she couldn't sleep on the 1st night because of mosquitos. She let the staff know about it and they resolved it immediately. Also they have breakfast, good option. My godmother loved the green natural juice...She felt really confprtable. Tha k ypu!
