Perfect location, friendly staff

The hotel itself was clean and the employees at the reception were amazing. Very friendly and professional. They helped us all the time. The bedsheet of the room were stained ( there was some ink and other food stains). Everyday we were short of towels and they didn't refill the toilet paper. We would call the receptionist and it would be delivered right away. Location is perfect and plenty of stores, food and malls nearby. Very safe all day all night. Will stay again.

Fueniture in rooms ok.... the room was noisy, with light at night, no covers for cold, had to ask for them and took 2 calls and 1 hr to get them, the towels were thirty , old, smelly and harsh, incredible for a hotel of this "level and qualitiy"

¡Falta limpieza y mantenimiento! La alfombra estaba sucia, habían papelitos y pedazos de envolturas en los rincones. Las cortinas son viejas y estaban tan sucias que se veían negras de las orillas, además de que habían partes que colgaban porque no les dan mantenimiento. El cancel del baño, medio limpio, colgamos el tapete por encima y al volverlo a usar vimos que le quedó marcada una franja de mugre. No hay bote de basura en la habitación, solamente el del baño que es pequeño. El papel de baño es de pésima calidad, casi transparente de lo delgado. Las sobrecamas estaban roídas. Las almohadas deformadas. Las toallas tenían mal olor. Y los colchones son terriblemente incómodos!! Tienen los resortes vencidos. Fue mi peor noche en un hotel. Lo único que se rescata es el personal de recepción y restaurante, son verdaderamente amables y agradables.
