Two weeks ago I stayed in the same hotel and this time it was completely different experience. The staff was great. This time it was much better than last. I would definitely stay here again.

Staff was great. Unfortunately property has old/frayed towels, holes in bed sheets, problems with shower temperature, not very clean. Felt like a cheap motel. Fortunately the staff helped us and they relocated us to a property next door which was a little better, but same comments about their towels and bed sheets.

No sign outside identifying the hotel. Ambient lighting throughput the room is fluorescent..hideous. Thermostat for room is crude.

Although the Staff was helpful and pleasant, the hotel is hardly a place to be. I had some health problems and there was not a possibility of getting a doctor to attend. Not even a painkiller! The room is big but badly distributed (it has weird chaise longue in a dark middle room) On arrival there was only one towel in the bathroom. Finally the room was dark and grotty.

This hotel is very close to all of the main points of interest in Santa Fe, Mexico City. The place is clean and neat, and the staff are always helpful. The breakfast is really great. Well worth the price.
