Amamos este hotel la ubicación es lo mas preciado a pasos de Bellas Artes, El Zocalo, El Palacio de Gobierno y mucho mas. El staff del hotel de lo mas amables. El desayuno le da un super toque que amamos con mi esposo porque le encanta desayunar rico. Tenianos café siempre que queriamos y agua como parte del complements del hotel. Las habitaciones super funcionales y con aire acondicionado . Super recomendado . Volveria otra y otra vez.

The room was very clean and housekeeping was well done every day. The availability of bottled water on each floor was much appreciated. Also, the 24 hour cafe was useful when we had an early tour and had to leave before breakfast was available. Staff were all friendly, helpful and courteous. Only issue was a protest in the Historic district the day we were to leave and we had to walk 2 blocks with our luggage in order to book an Uber to the airport. If you have a lot of luggage, you might want to bear this in mind - Mexico City has a lot of demonstrations and protests that take place in the Historic district.

Lovely hotel with great staff, we couldn’t believe everything was included in the price (coffee shop food and drinks, mini bar, breakfast) great location for central historic area. A bit more hectic than Roma Norte where we stayed before but stunning buildings and good for shopping

Best Hotel to stay at in the center of CDMX. Its location is perfect walking distance to so many historic places, coffee shops, bakeries. BUT the most important thing was how helpful and courteous the staff was, all of them, and the rooms are spotless. Will definitely stay here again and recommend thi8s to all my family and friends.
