Do not stay at this hotel. Their rooms are not clean.
Our room smelled like someone had been smoking, and it was very humid. Someone had spilled something red behind the door and it was not cleaned. The floor was very dusty.
We reported this to the front desk. They sent the cleaning manager, who disputed our claim by saying the room smelled fine — it did not.
After a while we received a phone call from the lobby asking us to go upstairs to wait in another room while both rooms (ours and the one upstairs) were being cleaned. It was senseless.
We asked to wait in the lobby and to be moved to a different room. The receptionist resisted but finally agreed to move us to the upstairs room that was being cleaned.
Guess what? The room was only partially cleaned: the bed and bathroom were cleaned, but the floor was dirty and very dusty, especially by the windows. By the way, they use some kind of odor spray in the rooms (the receptionist told me this over the phone).
I would not recommend this hotel at all. Please stay somewhere else.
