The food that I order to my room was very bad in terms of quality. Also, it was very cold.
Management need to ensure their staff doesnt enter a guest's room when the "Do NoT Enter" sign is hung on the door's handle. unless it is of course time to check out. Also, What is it with the "No HEAT" policy? So people are freezing cold and I was told there is no heat.
