People are friendly - but hotel is in poor state. Rooms smell humid and need a lot of maintenance (including sewage smell), elevator was out of service. Rooms were not clean. Check-out person asked about my stay, I said the same thing, and she confirmed they know all this. This means they don't feel they want to solve any of these.

There was just always a little something wrong. No hot water …no coffee, only one cup. No sugar or cream in the room, room never got just cold enough. That sort of thing. Good, I’d stay here again. Didn’t care for the restaurants at all. Nothing was really good. Kinda expensive for sandwiches for one evening I thought. And they were just ok. The room was clean . Nice comforter and pillows.
