Horrible customer service when checking in and when attempting to get assistance from hotel staff. Very dismissive. Had a hard time taking a shower the first day since there was no cold water, I had to leave 3 days early and booked another hotel. Terrible experience.

The staff was great, the restaurant on the 4th level was also great! My complaint has to do with the room and bathroom situation. The shower has no protection against the water pouring out all over the bathroom floor. There is also no AC which can be problematic. The hotel also is not in the best area and there’s not a lot to do in the neighborhood. Other than that the experience was fine, I really appreciated the friendliness of the staff!

The staff is friendly and polite. While the hotel does lack a few things and needs improvements in things that are an everyday need. The hotel does not have AC nor Fans in room while the staff was able to accomodate with a standing fan, in my opinion I was not happy due to the hotel becoming humid. Breakfast was not included as expected, you are served only a plate of fruit, a cup of coffee or oj, anything else from that you will have to pay. Wifi lacks in speed and not convenient in case you need the business center.

The room was great! Spacious and comfortable. The staff was amazing! They went above and beyond to make me feel at home and answer any and all questions I had. The restaurant was Wow! I ate more at the hotel restaurant due to how delicious the food was. I'll be staying at the hotel on my next visit to Mexico City.

Everything was amazing just keep in mind the included breakfast is fruit and juice coffee or tea but the menu is amazing as well and very affordable. Rooms are very comfy and the hot tub was clean and private.
