Clean rooms after sick

The beds are very comfortable, and the photos of the room are accurate. We got norovirus, and the host hired a company to clean our room, which we felt was very responsible. Absolutely would stay again.

Great value for the cost. Self check-in was super convenient, and the neighborhood is the best in CDMX in my opinion. Don't expect it to be spotless, the soap ran out during our stay, and a few of the washroom fixtures were loose or broken, but none of this was a big problem for us since the room was pleasant and the price was right.

Great location, plenty of space, gorgeous art

We loved Condesa House! We had a spacious room with a large kitchen. The design and art are fascinating and gorgeous. We had plenty of space in our own apartment, but it was nice to also have access to the shared living room, dining room, and kitchen. Moreover, the location is terrific: lots of good restaurants, bars, cafes, and bakeries nearby.

The staff were very helpful and kind. The space was very nicely designed and it was very comfortable. The only thing I would say is that when I booked the room on Nov 4th, provided my credit card I thought I was being charged the $69 plus tax which was $73 or $$74 but ended up being charged over $90, it is not much but I think that if you are told that the cost you would pay that amount not more. I provided my credit card to pay for the room when I reserved as this has happened before. I was quite surprised that even though I thought that I had paid for the room I had not. Not good business Expedia.

Se encuentra en una zona muy segura, con muchos restaurantes, bares y diversos sitios de entretenimiento cerca, está a 10min caminando del parque España. La habitación es amplia y cómoda, la cocina tiene todos los utensilios necesarios para tus alimentos: sartenes, platos, vasos, microondas, cafeteras, té,azúcar, café, etc. Dentro tienes más espacios para descansar como es la sala, espacio con mesas y aparte cuenta con 2 cocinas para también poder tomar agua potable. La comunicación con el anfitrión fue excelente, desde un inicio nos proporcionó la información necesaria para llegar y acceder a nuestra habitación, una vez ahí, había una persona que también estaba al pendiente de nosotros brindándonos cualquier información que nos hiciera falta para completar nuestra estadía. Puede haber un poco de ruido por los lugares alrededor, pero te dejan unos taponcitos para tus oidos. La cama super cómoda para poder descansar del ajetreo. Sin duda un lugar para regresar.
