The hotel has been remodelled very nicely. The room and ensuite were great. I chose an internal room to avoid any possible traffic noise and it was very peaceful. The rooftop restaurant and small pool were great. Some small loose tiles in the pool need fixing (very minor issue). Alex the security guard was a pleasure to meet and very helpful. I speak reasonable Spanish but he has excellent English so is a real asset to the hotel. My only complaint was noisy guests at 1:30am in reception on a Saturday night. The noise echoed around the hotel. I complained to reception who apologised but didn’t stop them. Grrr! The hotel location is great. Clean and safe area for walks, parks, and many restaurant options. The WTC is close and has more restaurants, supermarket, cinema, and the Mirador rooftop for fantastic views across the city. Oh and on Sunday a market takes over an entire street very nearby. It’s fascinating to walk through and get a taste of local life, food and products.

La transformación del edificio original en hotel boutique resultó más que adecuada y se realizó con acabados de primera en todas las áreas y una distribución conveniente para las necesidades actuales. Además, su ubicación en la Colonia Nápoles hace que te olvides de utilizar un auto para tu movilidad. Yo quedé satisfecho al cien por ciento.

Great property in a great neighborhood. It was very clean and quiet. I would definitely stay there again. The only downsides are that the hot tub is not hot and the cold and hot water are difficult to regulate when taking a shower.

The people who work here are very friendly and helpful. The rooms are kept nice and clean. The outdoor area is very nice, although if you are excited about swimming, I don't know that I'd recommend this pool. They were very helpful about holding onto my bags for me the day I checked out so I didn't have to drag them around town on my last day. Would stay here again.
