A spacious villa surrounded by greenery, nestled in a 20,000 sq m plot of land with trees, citrus trees, an orchard, and a small grove. It features a large private veranda, equipped with everything you need for romantic dinners and relaxing days with friends and family. It also features a heated mini spa pool. The garden includes two sun loungers and an umbrella.
Air conditioning is available in the master bedroom and living room.
We are environmentally conscious: the crops are organic, and the villa is equipped with a 10 kW solar photovoltaic system.
Just 1 km from the town center and just 2 km from the historic center of Mesagne, filled with Baroque monuments and Messapian ruins, whitewashed houses, and narrow streets paved with chianche (stone blocks), bustling with restaurants and artisan shops.
An ideal starting point for holidays in Salento, centrally located for quickly reaching the splendid beaches of Torre Guaceto and Porto Cesareo, and for visiting the Itria Valley, the trulli of Alberobello, and Matera.

Um cantinho do paraíso a um passo da cidade! A villa no campo, a apenas 1 km de Mesagne, é ideal para quem busca relaxamento e autenticidade salentina. Imersa num verde exuberante, oferece uma recepção calorosa e serviços impecáveis. Acordar com a brisa e desfrutar da tranquilidade depois de um dia explorando o Salento não tem preço. Altamente recomendada!

Soggiorno da sogno nel cuore del Salento! Abbiamo trascorso una vacanza fantastica in questa splendida villa. La posizione è semplicemente perfetta: vicinissima al paese (con il suo magnifico centro storico) e strategica per esplorare le principali meraviglie del Salento. La villa è un'oasi di pace: tutto è curato, estremamente pulito e molto accogliente. Ci siamo sentiti subito a casa. Il proprietario è stato disponibile e discreto. Everything was fine, very clean and spacious. Jaccuzzi was fun! We always received answers very soon when we had questions. Quiet location out of town, so that you will need a car.
