Sunrise Home is located in a quiet residential neighborhood. Please keep the noise to a minimum from 10PM to 7AM. Thank you!

House Rules:
Welcome home! To ensure a pleasant stay for all our guests, please adhere to the following house rules. Thank you for your cooperation and for helping us maintain a welcoming environment for all our guests. Enjoy your stay!

1. **Pets:**
- Pets are not allowed.
2. **No Smoking:**
- Smoking is strictly prohibited inside and outside.
3. **Occupancy Limits:**
- We're happy to accommodate up to 8 guests!
4. **Check-Out:**
- Standard check-out time is 11AM. If you need a bit more time, just let us know! Unapproved late check-outs past 11AM will incur a $50 fee for each extra hour. For check-outs that are significantly late, we’ll need to charge for an additional full day, and we’ll kindly ask you to vacate the property. Thanks for your understanding!
5. **Cleaning Fee:**
- We appreciate guests who help keep our home tidy by cleaning up after themselves. This helps us maintain the space for everyone’s enjoyment. Since our home isn’t a hotel, if our housekeepers find an excessive mess, an additional fee may apply. Thanks so much for your cooperation!
6. **Maintenance:**
- We are available for general “fix-it” maintenance requests. Please be patient as we address any issues. While we prioritize all damages, if a previous guest has damaged something minor and we were unable to fix it prior to your check-in, we ask for your patience and understanding.
7. **Devices:**
- Do not tamper with any devices, including security cameras and smoke detectors.
8. **Parties and Noise:**
- Parties are not allowed. We enforce quiet hours from 10 PM to 7 AM. If a party occurs and the property is damaged, you will be fined $200.
9. **Responsibility for Losses:**
- Any financial losses incurred by Ercolano Homes LLC due to guest negligence, misbehavior, or late check-out will be recouped from the responsible guest.
10. **General Conduct:**
- Treat the property with respect and care. Dispose of trash in designated bins, and be considerate of neighbors by keeping noise levels down.
11. **Security:**
- Ensure all doors and windows are locked when leaving the property. Report any security or safety concerns immediately. There is a security camera in the front of the property.
12. **Parking:**
- Use only the designated driveway. Capacity is up to two cars.
13. **Mail/Packages:**
-No mail or packages are permitted to be sent to the home.
