- There is space for two vehicles in front of the house, please do not park on the entrance hall.
- The use of common areas is for guests only, parties are not allowed.
- When leaving, make sure to close all windows and doors.
- DO NOT throw paper on the toilet. In case of clogging it, the plumbing costs are the responsibility of the guest.

We were a group of 5 adults and we found that this rental had everything we needed. The host was very quick at responding to our text. The beds are extremely comfortable. We really enjoyed the common area, where we could put our feet in the sand and relax or lay on the long chairs or chill in the pool. There are so many attractions fairly close by but you do need a car. We got a car rental from Max Car Rental in Merida (airport) where the rate was very reasonnable and the staff very friendly. We highly recommend this property.

We arrived to find the house in order but disappointed with the outdoors and not an ideal location for us. We ended up not staying and switched to a more comfortable place for our choosing.
