Adequate, excellent service, beware of mosquitoes

Overnight stay in a spacious double room. Basic, but clean and comfortable. TV needs updating. My only real complaint was the amount of mosquitoes in the room. For a hotel roomwith air conditioning, I haven’t seen so many mosquitoes before. I took some time to kill as many of them as I could, but I still got bitten on the face. If there was a hook above the bed, guests could hang their own net if they have one.

Receptionist greeted us with a. Smile. And also switched to English when she realised we weren't the best at speaking French. Lovely rooms, restaurant was fantastic! The frogs in the pond were in chorus all night ...was delicious ghtful! 5 stars all round. ❀

Hotel with lots of character

This is our second visit to an excellent hotel, with excellent service and friendly helpful staff they even let me use their fridge to store something overnight

Stopover on way to ferry.

Given room 10 next to reception- obviously for disabled customers as had no separate en suite but only a draw curtain for modesty. Very noisy as later guests were rather inebriated and could not remember outer door code so banged and crashed around for ages before then hanging around our door laughing and chatting for even longer. Every time a guest arrived we were woken up as plumbing pipes for upstairs rooms seemed to be routed down by our room. Little sleep was had as kitchen also next to room so pre 7am start of meal preparation. Pity room disappointed as the staff very friendly and helpful and whole hotel very clean and well presented. Not a great experience/ choice if you have limited mobility. Ate at nearby/ attached restaurant- food rather ordinary and much preprepared but good to have as there is nothing else within walking distance of less than 25 minutes.

Convenient hotel Pros: excellent breakfast for only 9 euros per person, complimentary drinks available, large rooms, helpful and smiling staff Cons: Soundproofing between rooms, only one family room (so we had to book 2 rooms), no elevator (good to know prior to asking to be on the second floor)

Parfait, juste un détail : le lit était trÚs confortable mais il y avait un creux dans le milieu. TrÚs bon restaurant, juste un autre détail à améliorer : les serveuses devraient attendre que nous ayons fini notre apéritif avant de nous servir l'entrée (nous avons eu les entrées à peine 5 mn aprÚs que nous ayons eu l'apéro !) Sinon c'était parfait
