A good convenient place to touch base after a day of wine tours. Rooms were basic, but fine. I would prefer a more modern look and better security features. Breakfast wasn’t very good - dry and bland Overall I would stay again.

The hotel was well situated with shops, bars & restaurants within walking distance. The room was very small, but modern. The coffee was terrible as the equipment was cleaned with bleach. For the price, it is still a good deal.

The staff were nice and the location was great. The hotel felt very secure. My hotel room was pretty run-down, especially compared to the photos online. The shower had so much calcium build-up that it made the water spray everywhere. The bathroom fan was caked in dust and made a very loud buzzing sound whenever you turned on the bathroom lights/fan (they were connected so you didn't have the option of not turning on the fan). The panel behind the toilet flush handle was broken and just hangling loosely on the wall. Besides being old and run-down, the room was spacious and comfortable.

Great location, not a great hotel

We didn’t have a great experience here, our first room didn’t have a working flush. Our second room window didn’t close and the janitor was able to take the whole window out of the pane(!!) they weren’t keen for us to get a new room despite the fact we were right at the back of the hotel on the first floor. The breakfast wasn’t great and the staff were generally quite dismissive. The third room was much better but lot of hassle to get there!

Dirty room.

When we entered our room we stepped on a sticky substance on the floor. A maid came and mopped the floor with dirty mop water. After a second mopping the floor was still dirty, so we cleaned the floor ourselves using bath towels. The maid told us the cleaning solution made the mop water appear dirty.

Better hotel then the price indicates

This hotel is not a new hotel, but it is a great deal for the price. The location is perfect! Right next to Independence Park, and so many of the great restaurants in Mendoza. The room was a good size, and very clean. Sure, this is not like the big name hotel that is around the corner from this hotel, but it is about a third of the price and the location is the same. You decide… Stay here and save some money for tours, restaurants, and wine, or spend more for a plusher room elsewhere.

Centrally located, comfortable and welcoming

We were more than happy with this hotel. The staff made every effort to accommodate us when we arrived super early in the morning after an over night bus trip. The room was comfortable although it had a smoky smell (despite the no smoking indications). I would definitely stay at this hotel again!

Would stay here again.

Hotel has great location on main plaza & good walking distance to many restaurants,shops,and tourist needs. Older hotel but kept up nicely. Had good security.Breakfast was basic, nothing outstanding. Pool was not clean and not usable, it was autumn;but for some visitors it was still warm and pool should be available. The staff that did speak english were very helpful, otherwise they did try.

Ficamos hospedados por cinco noites. Excelente localização na Plaza Independência, próximo de tudo. O hotel é simples,não é novo, mas está bem conservado. O café da manhã é farto, variado e atende muito bem. A equipe é muito atenciosa. O custo benefício compensa. Recomendamos.

Muito bem localizado, acomodação honesta

O Hotel é super bem localizado, do lado do lugar mais turístico de Mendoza, portanto voce fará tudo a pé. O estacionamento do hotel fica ao lado, mas é totalmente seguro e grátis. Os quartos são confortáveis, nao muito grandes mas nos atenderam bem. Café da manhã honesto. Todo o atendimento foi perfeito, ficamos duas noites no hotel e com certeza voltaremos.
