Outside the residence, guests are within easy walking distance of the mooring facilities of Nobiallo Marina as well as the frequent western shore bus service. Nearby Menaggio is within easy reach also, to provide a picturesque accompaniment to a holiday here with a wide range of local shops, cafes, restaurants and bars to enjoy alongside the resort town’s popular Lido and frequent car and passenger ferry service.

Guests can enjoy power boat rental from the lakeshore, a round of golf at the famous Menaggio & Cadenabbia Golf Club, a game of Tennis up in the Loveno club or a scenic hillside trek or sedate lakeside walk.
