Welcome to our 1930s era Bungalow! We hope that you will be comfortable and well accommodated in this two bedroom, one bath home located in the heart of Central Gardens. This southern home will charm you with its design and functionality. Enjoy your favorite movie on a fully loaded tv from the comfort of your bedroom or in the TV room. If your outdoorsy, you might enjoy taking a walk around this quiet and peaceful neighborhood or have a seat on the front porch or back deck and sip some wine or sweet tea! The spacious backyard is a great opportunity to escape with nature. It is almost like a mini Central Gardens on its own. The Bungalow is near all the hotspots, fine dining, casual dining, grocery stores, museums, and many more adventures. We take pride in our ability to create a clean home with updated amenities while keeping the structure and vintage charm true to its era. We hope that you enjoy your stay!

Nicely updated bungalow on a quiet street with friendly neighbors. Very clean and comfortable. Easy access to the highway and major thoroughfares with restaurants and stores.

Fantastic location and bungalow!
We had a great trip to Memphis. Loved the location of this home, in a beautiful historic neighborhood, and very near a lot of the historic sites that we came to visit. House was clean, well appointed with detail for visitors and just as described and in the pictures. We would definitely stay here again if we make it back to Memphis!

Perfect quiet retreat
This cute little house was perfect for me and my best friend. It has everything you need. Sidewalks for a nice walk, amenities are so close. Our host was great and was quick to respond if we had any questions. I would absolutely recommend this place.

Super Cute Home
This is a super cute house in a quiet neighborhood! Close to things to do, eat, and close enough to downtown! We came for the zoo and it was literally right down the road! We did leave a few recommendations but nothing terrible! We will definitely refer this home to our friends and family & check in with it the next time we come! Thanks again!

Great little home in a great location
We were in town for the Liberty Bowl and had never been to Memphis before. I was a little worried about picking an area to stay (vs staying in a hotel), but in this case, I was VERY happy with our location! We were right between things happening around Beale Street and things happening out at the stadium. There were tons of great restaurants close by, and it was a quick drive to all the tourist destinations we visited. The home is adorable and spacious for a small home. The owner was quick to respond when I reached out with a few questions. The beds weren't the most comfortable to my family, but that's a matter of opinion. Lots of nice touches by the owner.

This property was very accommodating and provided everything you would need and much more!! Our stay at J. B.’s exceeding my expectations!! The pics does this property no justice as it is a very beautiful place in person. This property is close to all the great places to visit in Memphis such as the zoo and museums.
