Don’t do it

I can’t even call it a stay. First, there were no arrival instructions sent. As we neared the property I messaged the host because the listed phone number gave a busy signal. When we arrive to the property, the yard was overgrown with a pod container in the driveway. No nearby lights or water. I honestly thought I had arrived at the wrong location as this appeared to be a deserted house. Once the post responded. They informed us that there was a leak and the reservation was not available. They promptly canceled it and at least issued the refund. There was no apology or recognition of remorse. This left myself and my family searching for a place to stay. The utter disorganization that would leave a family out to dry like this, should not be allowed to serve others.

Most everything was good. The lawn had not been mowed. Not a good look. There is a big POD (storage unit) in the driveway that makes accessing the front door difficult, especially after dark because the outside floodlights do not work.

Nice stay and home, but could have been better

We mostly enjoyed our stay. The place was clean, the rooms were a good size, and the home was centrally located. But the grass was overgrown, which made the backyard unusable. And there was a large storage pod in the driveway the entire stay, which meant we had

Very Disappointing

When we arrived there was a POD in driveway with no heads up. Main TV did not work. The second bathroom had a handheld shower nozzle but no curtain to actually use it as a shower. The towels were stained and old. One hand towel had hair in it. Holes in the wall. This property is not ready to be rented. It needs renovation and clean up. I could go in but will stop here.

Bright and welcoming

We needed a convenient place to stay during the holiday weekend. We were fortunate to find this home with lots of spacious rooms and space to accommodate us in three separate bedrooms. The living space is separated by a short flight of stairs leading to the laundry area and second bath. The “spa” bathroom has an old fashioned claw foot tub with plenty of hot water for a relaxing soak during your stay. Plenty of clean towels and a couple of terry cloth robes complete the spa experience.

A Place to Rejuvenate

This was my second time staying at this delightful property. The property is very clean, adequate linen, and great proximity to Downtown Memphis and other local attractions ( Memphis Zoo). Looking forward to our next stay.

Stay elsewhere; closer to amenities

the place is cold! Poor insulation. The garage was turned into a den and bath. Very cold. ONE washcloth and towel per person, no extras.. no mirrors in bedroom 2 and 3. Kitchen is poorly equipped. We were a party of 4 yet were charged for an extra person!?

Easy access to all of Memphis in a nice quiet neighborhood.

Nice little house in a quiet neighborhood in the burbs but still a straight shot to Beale Street, the Peabody, Lorraine Motel. Clean and comfortable. I took 1 star off only because the three of us agreed what we would suggest: every bedroom should have a night stand and lamp, nice towels (and lots of them), a regular coffee pot/mugs, stocked toilet paper, paper towels, Kleenex. We would stay here again though and would recommend.

Loved this home!

This home was everything that I expected it to be a more. Beautifully decorated! Every time I looked around, I noticed a new and interesting detail. Such a cozy home. Quiet neighborhood. You can’t go wrong with choosing this location. Not one complaint.

Good Memphis getaway

We stayed here for the weekend with our 4 teenagers. Great location, nice, safe neighborhood. Quick 20 minute drive to Graceland and 10 minutes from the Memphis Zoo. House was just as pictured, not many pots and pans, we had to buy a cookie sheet, but other than that we were able to cook a few breakfasts with what was there. Cozy living room for lounging around with the family.

The house is very beautiful and comfortable

Me and my sister’s stayed at this property for a bachelorette weekend we had an amazing time house was very clean and spacious. Only problem wasn’t enough pots and pans to cook with and we ran out of tissues.but other then that I would definitely stay at this home again. Oh and the neighborhood was beautiful
