Considerar reservas por este medio.

No me gutaron las habitaciones, según la reserva eran con tina, los baños apenas tenían cortinas plasticas y en uno de ellos la perilla del agua no servía. Esta descuidado falta mantenimiento para el precio que cobran. El desayuno no es bufet, se ofrecen tres tipos de mini-desayunos. El personal si es amable.

DESCONFIANZA EN RESERVAS POR HOTELES.COM

No tengo calificación para el Hotel Diamante Internacional porque realmente no pudimos quedarnos en este hotel porque según ellos no tenia ningún tipo de convenio con Hoteles.com y no apareció la reserva que se hizo por internet con tres días de anticipación y cancelada en su totalidad con tarjeta crédito. Supuestamente nos llega al correo una confirmación de reserva de Hoteles.com para el Hotel Diamante Internacional de Melgar, pero en el Hotel no conocían ninguna reserva y nunca apareció y después de hablar y hablar logramos que el Administrador del Hotel Diamante nos colaborara y nos ayudara a ubicar y el Sr. muy amablemente nos ayudo en este impase ubicándonos en otro hotel pero a parte de eso nos toco pagar un excedente porque no se nos reconoció el total del valor consignado y nadie se hizo responsable de esto. No es de confiar hacer reserva por internet y menos pagar con anticipación. porque se pierde tiempo y dinero.
