Great location and very comfortable

Easy booking with great confirmation and follow up emails. Greeted at the property and shown where everything was inc car park. Fantastic location opp tram. Very comfortable. Stayed 3 nights and would happily stay again.

An enjoyable stay

We stayed at the apartment for 9 days and overall were very satisfied with the apartment. The place is clean and tidy. We were greeted by the customer officer Sharon who gave a thorough orientation about the place. We really appreciated her professionalism and passion to deliver customer satisfaction. The utensils and facilities in the kitchen are adequate and in good conditions. We paid for on-site secured parking for $16 per day and the car park was clean and spacious. The only thing we could complain about is the bathroom sink was partially blocked due to hairs left in the drain by previous customers. Otherwise we would give the place a score of 10 out of 10. Overall we enjoyed our stay at the apartment.

Nice apartment close to public transport

Apartment was very nice and views amazing. Loved the tram stop right outside front door. Very convenient. No working lounge room lights and bathroom cupboards looked like they had not been wiped out in quite a while so did not use them. Vent above shower looked like it had never had a clean. These are just small things though. Had a great stay. All staff we dealt with over phone, email and in person were great.

Convenient and comfortable apartment

Such a great practical apartment to stay in. We stayed for 9 days and it was the most affordable place we could find. Very comfortable and clean with nice surroundings. Tram to the city and shops just accross the road. I could live there!

Nice and comfortable. Just make sure they show you how the swipe key works on the elevator. The person who took me to my room didn't explain it to me and I had jumped in the lift with others. They got out at there floor and I was left fiddling with the swipe in the lift. Next thing I know the doors have shut and the lights went out. Not nice at 1.30am in the morning. Fortunately there was enough light on the key swipe for me to see the call button and I could ring security. They got me out and they questioned me on my reasons for being in the lift. Something I could have done without.

Ligger meget centralt med Tram lige foran bygningen der både går til CBD og St. Kilda beach. Der er mange parker omkring. Vi var meget begejstrede for lejligheden som var meget ren og pæn og skøn udsigt over Albert park.
