Good but some room for improvement
The place is in a great location for shopping, driving to the centre and driving around Melbourne.
The service desk was very helpful re:check in prior to our arrival. It's great that the check in is digital and on your app.
Maybe more than 1 set of keys for the apartment and clearer instructions about the parking would be better.
We loved the spaciousness and that the space was suitable for a family of 6.
The are 2 bathrooms, 1 as ensuite. The beds were all queen and of acceptable comfort.
It would have been nice to have working bedside lamps, and more than 6 hangers amongst us i.e 2 hangers in each bedroom.
It would have been good to have washing up liquid or dishwasher tablets as part of the flat rental - makes sense!
We were disappointed with the cleaniness of the flat; stains on the carpets, stains on walls, brown stains in wardrobes, dust and stains on the skirting boards - all of which were wipeable. It was terrible that there were gnats in the second bedroom! The radiator in one bedroom had come off the wall.
The WiFi only worked for 4 days, and the TV could not be connected as there was not the right socket. We called the service line and were promised the digital issues would be fixed but it wasn't done before we left.
Overall, a great location, great space, great value for money. I think sorting out the cleanliness issues will make it an even greater space.
