Lovely room, carpet was still a little wet (from cleaning I guess). Delightful lady at front desk gave my daughter a gift for her birthday- thank you so much! Disappointing wait to receive bedding for the fold out couch- 11pm. Breakfast was extremely busy and we had to stand there for 15 minutes to get bacon and pastries. Tasted good though!

Family Holiday Staycation

The hotel is quite new, so the facilities were nice and modern. The ground floor entrance is a bit strange as you have to take the lift up to reception, and reception isn't directly connected to the shopping mall; requiring a bit of a hike. The pool and gym are shared with the residence, but also requires cutting through a portion of the shopping mall - so might be a bit strange in your bathers wrapped in a towel. There is 1 EV charger, but the cable is short and designed for Teslas, requires parking out of the box for Mitsubishi Eclipse Cross PHEV. Our room did not have any bath gel, had to get it refilled on our second day which seems an oversight in room setup before your guests arrive. Was also told to leave plates from room service out in the hall when finished, which were not picked up well into the evening of the second day, even though turndown service had visited (was in the room at the time to tell them about empty bath gel dispenser). The continental breakfast was quite good with standard selection of hot and cold food, though certain staff members could have been more welcoming and friendly; I felt like any questions were an inconvenience and disruption to their day. Overall the stay was pleasant, some improvements on customer service would make the stay more memorable.
