Overall disgraceful condition of property! Garden beds and pathways full of weeds,Recycle bins overflowing with bottles and cans,Outdoor area dirty, cobwebs and dead plants,Outdoor spa/pool unusable, full of dirt and leaves, hasn't been used in years,Stated outdoor grill does not exist,Bed linen crumpled and untidy,Bathroom exhaust fan covered in dust, ran noisily and then stopped working,Toaster not cleaned an full of crumbs,Linen shoved in closet untidily, Unlockable window in second bathroom,Rear sliding door does not latch or lock, attached flyscreen door locks but is able to opened from outside, no security,Oven has unreadable symbols making cooking difficult,Mouse droppings behind microwave oven, Masses of laundry powder spilt on shelving in laundry, House plans show a bungalow with double bed,it is a junk/storage room with no usable bed,Comunicated with owner on arrival stating property was not at holiday rental condition and requested immediate cancellation and refund.Owner offered 20% refund and refunded that amount as policy stated no refunds at short notice. Friends and family refused to stay during the Christmas duration of our stay, ruining the whole purpose of renting the property and our Christmas with family.Absolute disgraceful? If management of Stayz has any compassion and agrees the property is sub standard, we would definitely like to hear from them to discuss further compensation.
