It is the unforgettable combination of elegant architecture, sophisticated interior decor and glorious fully landscaped gardens that set this beautiful Rye property ahead of the pack. And then when you add a sparkling solar heated in-ground pool, multiple balconies and outdoor dining options plus a secure pet-friendly yard, you really do have the complete package for your next visit to the Mornington Peninsula.

Note: Our solar heated pool relies on the heat from the sun to warm the water. During the cooler months, the pool water will not be warm. We recommend planning your swim times accordingly or enjoying a refreshing cold water swim!

The chic 3-bedroom design is thoughtfully zoned to suit couples and families alike, introducing a ground floor living room with cosy wood fire and kitchenette, plus the main kitchen/meals/living zone positioned on the first floor complete with quality appliances, Nespresso coffee machine and beautiful balcony. The main bathroom is resplendent with its designer tub and rain shower, complemented by a similarly stylish master ensuite and powder room. Ceiling fans and split system heating/cooling will keep the whole place comfortable, and there is also a BBQ, family-friendly lawn and parking space for up to 5 vehicles on site.

From this brilliant location it is less than a 5 minute walk to brunch at Peninsula Pantry, and you will be perfectly placed to explore Rye’s vibrant bayfront shops, Rye pier, the back beach, local wineries, hot springs and more.

Alittle bit disappointing

So location was spot on and the house lay out was good, but pool had heaps of bees around, the bedroom with the bunks is a big issue with the fan right above the kids head which is very dangerous and the steps on the bunk beds are barely stable. The master bedroom we couldnt access the balcony . So it wasnt the best.

A beautiful place to stay

This property was fantastic! The pool was amazing and the views are gorgeous. It was a quiet area, plenty of room for the kids and close to all the shops and beaches. Highly recommend.
