The staff was friendly in particular Rachel who went out of her way when wifi was not working. On arrival the toilet was dirty (dusty and hair) on seat and also smelt unclean. Like it had been mopped with a dirty pee mop. The mirror cabinet was stained( old) the air con heat didn't warm up i had it on 30 ….This was important to me as its the first thing i looked for when booking. The filter was thick with dust. It was a nice apartment but i would not stay there again.
