Vacation to remember

Our whole family stayed here. Five adults and two ten month olds. The managers of this house were amazing. They got me everything I asked for. Extra ports crib, extra high chair. They made , sure the pool heater was on when we got there. The house was amazing. It had everything. The kitchen had everything, the theatre was incredible, the house and pool were immaculate. Shatara, at gusts services came to our property to see if we needed anything. We actually had a voice to speak to. You can’t go wrong with this home!!!

Spring Break

Overall this was a nice place for our large group. The games and movie room were a huge hit with both the adults and kids (all boys). There was plenty of space. The walk to the beach was about 10 minutes. Not a bad walk at all. We were even able to see a launch from the beach. We had a pretty major unforeseen issue with the house on our first night, but the property manager had a very quick response, even showing up to access the situation and make it right as soon as possible. They compensated the inconvenience. If I had any improvement comments it would be that the kitchen was well stocked with serving items but not so much with cooking items. As a pool owner, knowing how large groups affect the balance of the water, it would have been nice to have the pool shocked at some point during the week. Again, overall a great company to work with and so much fun with the extra games, etc they’ve added.

Beautiful property

This villa was amazing! Clean, lots of space, many things for everybody to do! Lots of space for everybody! The communication with Villatel was amazing, always answered the same day and called to see if we had questions before and during the trip! Will be booking with them again!

Fantastic

Very clean,very cool (it was 98’ outside at various times during our stay!). Absolutely everything we could want,very comfy beds,very efficient kitchen. The cinema room,pool table and pool kept all ages entertained.

Some electric issues

We loved this house and the location! The only issues we had were with a number of the fans not working and the lights with them, we contacted the property to have them fixed and no one ever came out (they said they would). But over all it’s a beautiful place and we loved that they donated any unopened food we left to local homeless shelters!

Great attractions!

Our stay at this hotel was fantastic! It was extremely convenient to get to all the nearby places, plus it's nearby other tourist attractions. The property itself was quite clean and the staff were very helpful. We had a great time here!

Well cleaned!

Staying at this hotel was a pleasure. Villatel team was welcoming and the entire place was clean and well kept. From the pool to the restaurant in the game room to even their arcade rooms, it was all fabulous! I'd certainly recommend this accommodation to everyone.
