Das Haus bietet viel Platz, ist sauber und ruhig gelegen. Wir hatten da insgesamt eine schöne Zeit. Leider stimmt die tatsächliche Lage nicht mit der beschrieben und das Haus steht nicht in Medulin etwa 8 Gehminuten vom Strand entfernt sondern in Liznjan ca. 20 Gehminuten zu einem völlig anderem Strand. Die Möbel sind schon älter aber ok, die Betten sind gut. Die Sränke in der Küche sollte man lieber erneuen. Die Tür in dem kleineren Badezimmer ließ sich nur mit viel Kaft und etwas Geschick zuschließen, da sie schräg hing. Drei von vier Schlafzimmern haben eine Klimaanlage, die auch gut funktioniert.
