Apart from location of this hotel everything is terrible. Room was not sound proof the connecting door room was given and could hear whatever the other guest speaking. Can hear outside building works carried out even at 1am. Crowded lifts, you may need more time to get a lift. Mediocre breakfast deserts repeated everyday. Poor wifi signal did not connect, used my own personal data

I chose to stay at Zowar International Hotel mainly because of its proximity to Haram, which is very convenient. However, there is ongoing construction work right behind the hotel, and the noise from drilling and heavy machinery is quite disturbing throughout the day. The constant sound of boulders and foundation work made it difficult to rest — I even had to use earplugs, and other guests in nearby rooms were also complaining about the same issue. Unfortunately, there didn’t seem to be much the hotel staff could do to address it. It would be helpful if the hotel could inform guests in advance about the construction situation so travelers can make an informed decision.

Disappointing Stay at Zowar Hotel – Confusing Book

I arrived early at Zowar Hotel, only to find out that the booking name had changed to "Odest," which was confusing and frustrating. Thankfully, I was still able to stay at Zowar, but the experience didn’t improve much from there. The staff converted a double room into a king bed, but the room was cramped and unsuitable for a baby—there was barely any space to move around. Several amenities were broken, including the TV and hair dryer, which made the stay even more uncomfortable. I had originally planned to stay again after returning from Mecca, but based on the poor condition of the room and overall experience, I decided to cancel. The only positive aspect was the flexibility to cancel the booking without hassle. Would not recommend unless improvements are made.

Horrible!

Terrible. Location was great but everything else was worse than a 49.99 motel 6 room. The bathroom smelled like sewage.no towels, the bed had hair on it upon arrival the tv didn’t work. Had to beg for towels and sheets to be changed. One key card per room!!! Only thing going for it was the location!

لا أنصح به أبداً

الفندق عبارة عن حالة فوضى بداية من الإستقبال وحتى المغادرة وصلت بعد موعد الدخول المحدد بساعة ونصف وانتظرت اكثر من نصف ساعة لاستلام الغرف بحجة انها غير جاهزة باب الغرفة كان مشوه وبإمكان اي شخص رؤية ما بداخل الغرفة من الثقوب والفراغات الموجودة في الباب العوازل الصوتية جداً سيئة على الرغم اني سكنت في آخر دور الطابق ال ١٤ وكنت اسمع اصوات السيارات واسمع الغرف المجاورة بشكل واضح وكأنهم معي في الغرفة المناشف الموجودة في الحمام رائحتها سيئة جداً ولا تصلح للإستخدام الآدمي غلاية الماء يوجد بها ترسبات غريبة مرتبة السرير قديمة جداً ويوجد بها تقوس في الوسط لا يوجد كاوية ملابس في الغرفة ولابد من انتظار مغسلة الملابس في الصباح لتدفع قيمة كي الملابس الفطور متنوع لكن المنتجات الموجودة فيه رخيصة جداً وخاصة المعلبات تعتبر من أقل الأنواع الموجودة في السوق مواقف السيارات محدودة وضيقة جداً عند الخروج حاولت الاتصال على حامل الحقائب وعلى مكتب الاستقبال لأكثر من ٢٠ دقيقة لكن لم يرد علي احد او يكون الخط مشغول

I was very disappointed with the service, it was not clean before we arrived and the cleaners did not clean the room while being there. I had to request the extra towels and tissues. The shower water leaked everywhere and the floors were slippery, this is dangerous. This is my third time coming here, the first two times i was happy with the service. Zowar hotel has lowered the standards
