The hotel is right beside Masjid al Haramain. Perfect location. The hotel had a few alarms go off in the middle of the night. So that was odd. Not the best cleanliness, found a cough drop stuck on the rug between the beds. One of the bed sheets although smelled washed didn't look clean. They have a nice little cafe in lobby with good drinks and food. Staff was very nice but at times seemed overwhelmed.

The location was great and was a 2 min walk from masjid nabawi, beside that everything else was average or bad, we had one of the cleaners take a bag of our brand new thobes that we bought and he claimed that he thought it was rubbish which is suspicious and I don’t believe, the door was also broken and kept going off in the middle of the night, I give this place a 2.5 stars.
