The space shares a wall with the other unit in the duplex. The fence separates the backyards, so you have your own private space.

Please no pets, smoking, vaping, or partying of any kind ANYWHERE on the premises. Out of consideration of our neighbors, we'd prefer that you not smoke out in the street or across the street as well. To be frank: if you smoke, this is probably not the best option for you. :) Nothing personal: it's just not neighborly.

We had a short stay at the property, but it was in a nice Medford neighborhood. It was easy to communicate with the host and to access the property. It's an older no frills kind of place for stays. I would recommend it to others.
