They should update their listing as this property is more short term rental than hotel and daily housekeeping is not really included in the price. They did accommodate alternate dates housekeeping and daily towels after showing what the listing stated,which was reasonable for us.With that clarification, great place to stay.

The hotel was oversold and didn’t have a room for me had to walk in the heat to find another hotel in the area and nothing was available!!!! Then the hotel tried to charge triple the price for 2 rooms that had !!

Un hotel poco confiable ya que teníamos una reservación confirmada y al llegar a la propiedad le echaron la culpa a expidia q había revendido las habitaciones y primero nos dijeron q no había habitación pero luego me dijo q si quería la habitación tenía que pagar 3 veces mas el precio que había pagado. NO LOS RECOMIENDO SE LO HICIERON A MUCHOS TURISTAS Q ESTUVIMOS ESE EN MEDELLÍN LA SEMANA DEL 23 al 27.

Nicht die beste Erfahrung. Sehr laut, man hört sogar die Musik und den Lärm von der Straße bis in den 8. Stock, da die Fenster den Lärm nicht abhalten. Zunächst wurden wir in einem kleineren Zimmer als dem von uns gebuchten untergebracht. Die Klimaanlage funktionierte dort nicht. Wir konnten dann das Zimmer wechseln. Hier funktionieren weder die Spülmaschine noch der Safe. Vieles ist unfertig und man muss vielem hinterher laufen. Das Rooftop war auch noch nicht fertig. Man konnte zwar dort sitzen, aber es ist Baustelle und wird den ganzen Tag dort gearbeitet. Das Schlimmste war jedoch die zweite Nacht, in der wir aufgrund der Aktivitäten im Hotel im Zimmer neben unserem nicht schlafen konnten. Das war wirklich schockierend und wir hätten das bei diesem Hotel nicht erwartet. Wir waren 3 Nächte dort und wir haben keine frischen Handtücher bekommen, es wurde nicht das Bett gemacht und auch nicht sauber gemacht. Die Zimmer sind aber grundsätzlich schön und der Ausblich auf die Stadt ist auch schön.
