The apartment features large windows with plenty of natural light, one bedroom with en-suite bathroom and closet space. Spacious kitchen and built in laundry with washer and dryer.

The space has the following layout, you will find a kitchen space with large counters right when you enter the apartment, the kitchen is perfect for people who love cooking or entertaining. The kitchen is fully equipped and ready for use. There is a built in washer and dryer unit.
There is also a bar counter with three stools. The space opens up to a living room with 3 seater sofa, and extra chair.
There is a built-in desk for working from home. And a 58 inch smart tv in the living room.

There is one bedroom with en-suite bathroom and closet space. The bedroom has a queen bed, 58 inch tv, features air conditioning, black out drapes, and another built in space for desk or for make up.
