This is a Vrbo scam it’s private owned. NOT a Vrbo. Has been for 3 years (spoke to owners) .

This is a SCAM. Had to rent hotel rooms last minute around a sold out concert. Vrbo said they would issue full 100% refund, and cover last minute hotel rooms we had to rent out of pocket last minute. They have not. A month later and it’s “under investigation” they knew it was a scam and had to issue refunds to prior Vrbo renters. Kept the listing up. Listing is still up. Vrbo proudly and purposefully scamming customers.
