Great property

Had a trip for states bowling in the area. The house was perfect for a group of 12 women. The owners were great to deal with and very responsive to any questions definitely would rent again

Holiday 2024

Great house for large family get-togethers. Modern and clean kitchen. Plenty of seating for meals. Beautiful back yard with a fire pit. The kids thought the basement was the best place in the house with an air hockey table and a laundry chute to send secret messages. Great communication from the host. Enjoyed the house, thank you.

December 2024

Annual Christmas family gathering in central PA - now that our extended family are mostly 3 hours outside the area need a place we can all stay, catch up, and enjoy the holiday with our local friends and family too. Brooks was easy to contact and answered all inquiries promptly and respectfully. The house was awesome- plenty of room, beds comfortable - while we didn't get to enjoy the pool, the home fit the needs of our family - very very clean and kitchen well stocked. The area was perfect - ordering takeout was super easy - almost anything you wanted was available within 5 minutes. Bitter cold front hit the area and we were toasty warm. Highly recommended!

Thanksgiving / 100th birthday

Beautiful property, vintage home with some lovely updates, great location, lots of parking, clean with plenty of towels and linens plus laundry, large lot, fenced and private with solo stove and plenty of outside seating. Easy check-in and check-out, accessible and responsive host. The one quirky thing is the 2nd floor layout where you walk through the third bedroom, then through a bathroom to reach the fourth bedroom. We definitely recommend this property and have already booked the home for our next visit.

College friends reunion

This was the perfect place to stay as it was central to Gettysburg, Lancaster, and Hershey. Although it was a little cool for the pool we all enjoyed sitting by the pool and relaxing around the fire pit! Host was very responsive to questions!

Awesome Family Time!

We loved our stay. My family were all in town for a wedding. We had 11 adults with 3 young children. Each couple had their own room with plenty of space for all of us. We enjoyed some pool time, laying out on the pool deck, board games in the gazebo or at the dining table. The house is perfect for accommodating a large family. Communication with the owner was great.

Outside area was great

We loved the pool area. We could have used a few more coffee mugs and the frying pans were very well used, teflon coating full of scratches. Also, would have like to have had curtains that closed in the living room.

Great stay

We enjoyed house, pool and had fun at Indian Echo Caverns , Gettysburg and Hershey Park which were all 1/2 hour away . Great location and nice town with awesome farmers market. Highly recommend!

The outdoor area is not justified with the online pictures. The family consensus was best ever and that includes vacations at the shore and lakes. Lots of room for everyone.

Great Summer Gathering Spot!

My group of friends have gathered yearly at several different properties and this is the first time we’ve decided to return to the same home for a second year. In an extremely hot July week, the house AC was terrific and the pool was AWESOME!

Family Reunion

The inground swimming pool and large backyard were perfect! Our large family was able to enjoy a 4th of July BBQ. Plenty of space for eating together indoors as well. The living room was spacious with enough seating for family movie nights.
