Location and staff are the biggest added value for this hotel . Very friendly check in process and location being in the clock tower makes the access to Kaaba 🕋 very accessible. I have stayed at this hotel 3 times and each visit has been great. I will only stay at this hotel when I go for Ummrah. Staff is outstanding to meet your every need, it is a 2 minute walk to the kaba, and the food is delicious.

I like all the hotel boy, housekeeper or who was helping us at the room, they are not greedy, they just want to make us happy Breakfast manager is efficient, served coffee at table, didnot rust to clean Front desk was helpful and good
