Free parking for guests at the apartment. Free "fast" (50 down 5 up) wifi throughout and around the rental. Laundry facility in building for use. A wall-mounted Tv with Roku streaming device in the living room as well as in each bedroom. (personal streaming subscriptions required)

It was cozy, and convenient to Garrett College. The apt had a complete kitchen, comfortable beds and good sized bathroom. If I’m ever in the area again, I would be happy to rent from this owner again. The owner was also very responsive whenever I contacted him with questions.
