3/5 Okay
"Check in wasn’t convenient, had to ask 2 people where to go! Staff was very helpful during check in. But, after staff tried to sell us on a time share and we refused a walk through/2 hour, staff no longer greeted us when we entered a building/location, they only spoke if spoken too! When we went to our planned activities, the staff saw us standing waiting for the time, they didn’t speak at all to us, even after making eye contact! After it was time for the painting activity to start, they didn’t switch the sign from closed to open, and still didn’t tell us to come in. We eventually walked in after about 3 minutes had passed after the time it was supposed to start. We entered, they didn’t acknowledge us, so we asked can we come in and then staff said yes. The experience just wasn’t good customer service! We then went to the indoor water area, and staff didn’t speak or greet you even when we stood in line to purchase tickets, they only said hello when it was our turn to be serviced. Once we entered the water area, the staff spoke but after we turned down a tour again, they no longer spoke, greeted or made eye contact afterwards! The room was ok, nice views, but the mattress in the main bedroom was horrible, it was noisy, and felt like we were sleeping on wood and springs! After two nights of the mattress our backs and hips were in a lot of pain! The pillows were like child or pet pillows and not large enough! Hopefully they will improve on the above mentioned issues!"
