Hotel rooms are super old and have fungus

I would not stay there again. The rooms are super old and the room has a humidity problem. Even fungus is visible in the room. This hotel has serious issues since I noticed other people complaining during check-in and checkout.

Somewhat nice, but not worth the hassle.

Our stay was not great, as the hotel was under construction and every time we asked for help they couldn't help us. Most of the employees were not happy to work there, but a few helped make our time salvageable. I would not recommend going to this hotel because it is obvious they are trying to take every dollar that you have.

When I booked through Expedia, it was breakfast included, when I arrived there they said breakfast is not included. the cleaners are great but there are many hidden fees such as charging for coffee in the room but never replace, charging for water but never replaced either. two pots of coffee and one bottle of water hotel charged us 255 pesos, they talk you into a free breakfast if you do the time share tour even though I told them I don't believe in it etc. they are very pushy about their time share, don't fall into signing anything that got to do with time share, there are many other hotels much better and cheaper.

Clean lobby, not so clean room.

I had the pleasure of staying here for a recent family vacation. The location is great, lobby and 1st floor amenities are immaculate. The room that was in was not quite. The couches were crusty, someone's panty liner was on my door handle. Overall I would give the hotel a 7.5/10. Great but needs improvement. I would have liked to stay longer to enjoy the other amenities they have to offer.

The pool was the only reason i pick this hotel and the indoor and half the outdoor pool closed. My bed was big and uncomfortable. They took over three hours on the presentation suppose to be one hour only!!!

This hotel is slated to be torn down.

No room in this hotel should be rented the ocean breeze is scheduled to be torn down black mold in the bathroom air conditioning doesn't work two televisions both broken very bad condition I was informed they try to stop making reservations but it was too late to stop people who already had one. The staff was helpful but nothing they could do about restoring a 45 year old hotel in disrepair

Room was extremely cold. The air conditioner was creating condensation after it was turned down. The room we had was too small for the furniture that was in it. You could hardly move around without bumping into something.

Great stay

We spent one night at hotel. Which did not give us enough time to explore everything hotel has to offer. Our suites were very clean with kitchen that had little of everything. The hotel great for family groups.

Not what I was expecting

What can I say ,but what they told me and it sums it up " This building is just a filler on our reservation site, and is going to be demo " How can you complain if that is there answer. Very very dirty the air was very loud until I broke down and had to be fixes. The tv was about from 1985 and would have to move the cabals to get a signal. But the weather was grate.
