Like: in front of the ocean. Didn’t like: reception didn’t gave us any instructions, room was kind of small, same with balcony. The windows in the balcony were dirty. The bathroom had a leak on top of the toilet, the TV was not working properly. The carpet outside the rooms were dirty. Trash by the beach.

It was very clean and the beds were comfortable. The balcony was too small and we reported the TV (which we only watched when getting ready) but nobody came to see it, it was blue even after the settings were changed. Also, I consider pool closes too early at 8 pm and opens late at 9 am maybe changing the schedule will be good. The view also is bad with the empty lot next to the hotel filled with trash.

Great beach front toom with a beautiful beach view. The place and friendliness of the staff was awesome! Everyone was alway so helpful and always happy, smiling. We love this, they acknowledge you at all times. The room was clean, Housekeeping came daily. Will be coming back!

Property is less than 5 years old and yet looks like it's been here since the 2000s. Signs are damaged, furniture is scratched to oblivion and chipped. Service at the Buffet is very good! Food very nice as well and very good location. Definitely underwhelming compared to other doubletree locations.
