Spacious 4-bedroom house with WiFi and AC in the rural town of Mayerthorpe.

This historic Mayerthorpe house boasts 4 inviting bedrooms. Three bedrooms on the second floor. One with a queen bed, one with a double bed, and the third with 2 twin beds. The main bathroom is on the second floor and includes a tub with shower. We are wheel chair accessible and the fourth bedroom (queen) is on the ground floor. There is a half bath on the ground floor. This property was previously a coffee shop so it does not have a traditional kitchen. It does all have the amenities including a Keurig Duo coffee machine (includes a regular coffee maker), toaster, microwave, crockpot and rice cooker. We have plenty of parking, including a driveway beside the house, street parking and a large parking lot at the back.
The vacation home is air-conditioned and features a kitchen, 1.5 bathrooms, and a patio. There's space to spread out with 4 bedrooms and a dining area. Other standard amenities include a fireplace, a coffee maker, and an ironing board.
