Close enough to explore Sassi by foot

What a great location to explore the Sassi and street parking was easy to find. Great gelato place near the triangle park.

Cute little room with a mini fridge and clean bathroom. Less than a 5-minute walk to Sassi di Matera. Wonderfully convenient, close to restaurants and cafes. Room was clean and bed comfortable. Washroom was clean as well. I would stay here again.

La estadía estuvo bien, está muy bien ubicado y el check in no fue para nada complejo. Mejoraría la cama, ya que a pesar de que el colchón es bueno hace mucho ruido la estructura durante el descanso, sumado al ruido de las habitaciones de al lado. Baño completo, con todo lo necesario. A futuro implementaría posibilidad de pago con tarjeta, solo se podía en efectivo.

Résidence de qualité, confortable, bien équipée, idéalement située à deux pas du centre historique. Facilité pour se garer avec les conseils du propriétaire. Un seul problème : il n'y a aucun numéro indiqué pour appeler le propriétaire et signaler votre arrivée. Seul le propriétaire vous appelle mais si votre téléphone n'est pas connecté, cela devient très compliqué !

Comfortable room, very clean. I walked from the train station (10-15 min) and to the bus station (25 min). You can easily walk everywhere and there are a lot of good dining options around. The owners are very nice and it’s easy to communicate with them on Whatsapp. I would highly recommend.

Perfecte locatie in Matera op loopafstand van de oude wijk Sassi. Lichte kamer met klein balkonnetje, rolluik, föhn en koelkastje. De accommodatie was schoon, het bed heerlijk en het inchecken ging gemakkelijk. Aanrader!
