Our overall experience was unfortunately disappointing. The positives: beautiful location, nice pool area, excellent natural surroundings and beach. Language barrier: Very few staff members spoke English, which made communication unnecessarily difficult. We do not expect every staff member in Brazil to speak English, but at least the front desk. Need of renovation: e.g., broken windows, shower fixture was completely rusted. Similar signs of wear and lack of maintenance were noticeable in multiple areas. Food: wide selection, but the variety nearly identical every day. Dishes were consistently cold or only lukewarm, and most of the food tasted dry and unappealing. Worst coffee we have ever had. We were so dissatisfied with the food overall that by the third day, we were already looking forward to finally having a proper, enjoyable meal at the airport after departure. Service in general also fell short of expectations. Requests were only fulfilled after repeated reminders e.g., when we needed a bottle of water. In many cases, we had to follow up multiple times or eventually get what we needed ourselves.

A concierge Juliana foi de uma atenção ímpar conosco, ajudando a fazer as reservas nos restaurantes e tirando todas as nossas dúvidas. Fomos muito bem atendidos por toda a equipe, e o quarto estava em excelentes condições. Conseguimos aproveitar bastante esses dias, alternando entre a praia e a piscina.

O resort em si se destacou. Restaurantes temáticos de qualidade. Piscina grande e kids. Sport bar, boate e shows no teatro. A estrutura de praia excelente. Uma das melhores. Nota 1000. Só pra complementar poderia ter um brinquedao e área kids interna, uma vez que chovendo pode comprometer. Segunda vez que fomos. O que deixou a desejar dessa vez foi a arrumação do quarto,. Os shows kids tbm diminuíram, uma vez que em.2023 tinham todos os shows da disney e agora somente Aladin e Rei Leão, mas mesmo assim mto melhor que os outros shows dos outros resorts.

O hotel é muito bonito, mas só isso. O conforto do apartamento deixa a desejar, a cama de casal é minúscula e não proporciona conforto algum. O banheiro do apartamento possui uma divisão de vidro junto ao quarto, o que tira toda a privacidade de quem está utilizando e incomodando quem está no quarto. A cordialidade da equipe do hotel em geral é zero, a impressão que dá é os funcionários não são felizes com a empresa que trabalham ou então, são muito mal instruídos sobre o bom atendimento. O serviço de All Inclusive também é fraco deixa a desejar, principalmente nos horários fora das refeições principais. Enfim, existem outras opções de hoteis com All Inclusive bem mais em conta que oferecerem um serviço bem melhor. Particularmente eu não retornarei o Grand Palladium e também nunca indicarei a outras pessoas.

A limpeza dos quarto deixou a desejar. Saiamos para a praia antes das 10h e quando retornávamos às 15h a arrumação do quarto não tinha sido feita. Tínhamos que ligar várias vezes para a recepção pedindo que mandassem alguém. O atendimento da recepção também foi ruim. No dia da nossa saída, como nosso quarto era bem afastado da recepção e como foi especificado no documento que recebemos do hotel, solicitamos com uma hora e meia de antecedência que nossa bagagem fosse recolhida. Faltando 45 minutos para nossa saída nossa bagagem continuava no quarto. Ligamos novamente para a recepção reclamando, mas na hora da nossa saída as malas ainda não tinham sido retiradas do quarto. Ao abordarmos o funcionário responsável, ele alegou que não tinha recebido nenhum recado da recepção para o recolhimento das malas.

Dias bem aproveitados! Grand Paladium Imbassai é uma excelente escolha! Muitos pontos positivos: comida, instalações e staffs atenciosos e prestativos: a concierge Juliana foi impecável. Não registro pontos negativos, apenas ressalvas que, talvez, não encaixem nas expectativas e necessidades individuais: O resort é enorme; portanto, recebe, simultaneamente,muitos hóspedes e demanda deslocamentos. Há transporte para a praia, mas o acesso é difícil para pessoas com mobilidade reduzida. Ah, não sei se é comum a todas unidades, mas a área de banho dos apartamentos contam com uma banheira que, no meu ponto de vista, além de ser inviável para idosos ou mobilidade reduzida, compromete a segurança (melhor verificar se há alojamentos sem banheira). O mar é "nervoso" com presença de caravelas (águas vivas), mas a faixa de areia é ampla que favorece caminhadas.
