The independent entrance leads to the first floor that features a master bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, a double bedroom, a twin bedroom with two single beds, a bathroom.
All the bedrooms have direct access on the panoramic terrace equipped with sun beds and little tables. On the same floor there is another room with independent access equipped with a comfortable sofa bed.
An internal staircase leads down to the lower floor that features a fully equipped kitchen, another bathroom and a big living room that has access to the large terrace equipped with sun beds and an outside dining area.
Another independent single bedroom with an en-suite bath is reachable from the terrace.
The villa also enjoys a private access to the beach in a private area equipped with sun beds.

Outstanding views, comfortable and spacious.Wonderful 15 minute walk on the beach to great restaurants and boat to Capri.The road was tight but that’s the whole Sorrento area. No American coffee pot. We would definitely return!

Amazing peaceful views!

We enjoyed our 6 days here after Rome and before heading to Venice. The meet up for check in was smooth and easy! Plenty of space for us and our 16 and 25 year old daughters. A nice respite in a peaceful and quiet area. Easy to make day trips to other cities in the region. Loved the views and lemons trees! Made lemonade several times. Enjoyed the beach and walked over to the marina for dinner. Be cautioned that it is a lot of steps down to the beach so not feasible for those with mobility issues. Only disappointment was that the air conditioners in 2 of the ocean view rooms our daughters were staying in were not working. Being there in June it was unseasonably hot for the region (low to mid 80s) and with the humidity and mosquitoes could not sleep with the windows open. We reported this right away and it was never addressed/fixed.

Beautiful

Beautiful indoor/outdoor spaces with nice flow and windows facing the sea everywhere. Lemon trees and fragrant roses abound. Room to be alone or to enjoy with company as you choose.

Beautiful

Fantastic property… very spacious, great for a family, the view to die for. Sunsets amazing. Bit of a trek down to the little beach, huge trek back up to the house, but worth it just for the swim. Great little bar along from the beach, and 2 restaurants at the marina. 20 minutes by car from Sorrento town. If you want a quiet relaxing break this house I recommend.. The only down side was we thought the cleaning fee was too high, as the house was left clean & tidy. And a strong smell of gas the whole time we were there. Hopefully Francesco has had this seen to.

Idyllic villa on the tip of the Sorrento peninsula.

Wonderful views, incredible sunsets and perfectly sited for trips to Positano and the Amalfi coast, Capri, Sorrento, Pompeii and Herculaneum. The villa has stair access to the beach and amazing views of the Gulf of Naples.

Très belle villa conforme à la description : spacieuse, bien équipée, très propre et avec un emplacement incroyable et une vue mer magnifique !Communication avec l’hôte très fluide et facile.Port de Massa Lubrense accessible à pieds en 10 minutes et le village en 20 minutes sous réserve de ne pas craindre les montée!A noter qu’il faut privilégier un véhicule d’une taille modérée car emplacement de parking limité.Nous recommandons vivement cette location ! Très belle expérience, merci!
