Absolutely wonderful!! Rooms for all adults and plenty of fun spaces for the littles! From mornings on the deck to evenings around the fire and, of course! afternoons on the beach, we all enjoyed every minute! This house provided us just what we needed for a family with 8 adults and 6 young'uns!

This is the second time that we have stayed at Sara and Billy's place. They are FABULOUS! The location is perfect. The house is amazing for groups and families and has absolutely anything you would need. Sara and Billy communicate so well and go the extra mile to make your stay amazing! Would definitely recommend to everyone traveling to Clear Lake!

Grandma’s 90th Birthday Celebration!

We had the BEST time staying here! The location was perfect!! Just a few minutes walk to the beach, room for our ENTIRE family, games to play, enough space for privacy & cozy spaces for everyone to gather comfortably. The kitchen had everything you could need & with another kitchen space below we had more than enough room to prepare for our Grandmas 90th birthday celebration! Photos don’t do this home justice. It is so well kept & so clean. We will definitely be back again! … added side note: the hosts were absolutely amazing! My mom left her robe behind & Sara made sure to find it and get it mailed back to her. We are so thankful for her hospitality! Thank you so much!

In town for a family reunion. Loved the location of the house, just a short walk to the beach. Lakeview from the front porch. Clean and well stocked to make you feel at home. Used the wagon to take our granddaughter to the beach. Toys, beach items, highchair were all helpful.

Lovely home a short walk to the beach

We loved our visit to your lovely home. Upon arrival we found the house to be very clean on a quiet street just a short walk to the beach. Sara was easy to get a hold of and responded very quickly to my questions. Everything was perfect I cannot say one negative thing about this house. It was perfect for our family.

This was our second year here and we just absolutely love it! Rooms for everyone plus large sharing areas and great outdoor areas, too! Hosts provide so many essentials plus more. And only 2 blocks from a huge beach! We cannot say one negative thing about our stay! Highly recommend!

Cute home with much more space than you would think. Kids loved to hang out in basement game room. Clean and well-appointed with almost anything you could need. Extra fridge in basement was great! Comfortably slept 14 of us. Would certainly come back!

Cute house. Very clean and all the amenities of home. Only drawback was the upstairs bedroom setup you had to go through one of the bedrooms to get to another bedroom. Loved the disco hallway though!

Perfect Family Setting

Suited our family children ages 7 to 18. Could walk to State Park Perfect back yard for grilling setting up fire pit for evening conversations and making s'mores. Lower level's kitchenette, exit to patio advantageous for our evening grilling and also entrance when returning from the beach. Washer and Dryer off kitchenette. Well stocked with linens, kitchen utensils. Location of bedrooms allowed privacy for adults and children and table in kitchen and also dining room excellent for varied schedules of eating. Our family is growing but hoping to rent this house next summer and also a 3/4 bedroom in same location.

An Exceptional Property for Entertaining

This home was a wonderful get-away! We had 8 people in our group with many family and friends joining us during the day. The house was more than accommodating for all of us. I could see larger families with kids enjoying this home. The "Disco Hall" would be great for kids! Also, the upstairs bedrooms were perfect for getting some naps in without the noise from crowds downstairs. The basement bar/living area with a walk out to the patio was perfect. Most of our time was spent there entertaining our guests. The kitchen had everything we needed for preparing meals, etc. The front porch/deck was perfect for morning coffee and viewing the lake. The hosts were very responsive and friendly. I would highly recommend this home for your future escapes!
