Beautiful funky spa in jungle. Our stay was very good and we toured Maya sites and took a river tour. We did not use the spa facilities as it isn’t our thing. Be aware that it is on the old north highway which is poorly maintained. I.e. many potholes in the paved road and much of the road is gravel.

It was nothing of what we imagined but everything we didn't know we needed. There's an abundance of peace, nature and tranquility. Melanie reached out in advance of arriving to ensure she had all the details of our arrival. She greeted us as we arrived, was accommodating and showed us around. The room, amenities and staff are all 5 star. The food we had was cooked to order using the freshest ingredients. Would recommend the Indian wrap. The room was fantastic and the whole vibe of the place was welcoming g and relaxing - so peaceful and lots to see and enjoy. We only stayed for 1 night but would stay longer if we visit again! A very quirky property with many cute and thoughtful places to hang out. The welcome by Mel was super friendly and informative. The rooms are getting tired and are in need of renovations. There are no words for this place. The food was amazing and the resort is beautiful. Everyone made the trip unforgettable. Melanie was so incredible even before i arrived. The mood mud massage was the most unique spa treatment ever. Do not pass that up. Every detail was perfect. We literally never wanted to leave.. they dont treat you like a guest. From the moment you arrive you feel amazing. I cannot say thank you enough!
